Nick Panebianco Attorney

For more than 20 years, Nick Panebianco has aggressively represented claimants in worker's compensation matters.  Nick has attained statewide recognition as an accomplished and knowledgeable attorney.  He has dedicated his entire career to protecting the rights of injured workers.  After living in South Florida for most of his life, Nick Panebianco attended Boston University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree on May 15, 1983.  Nick then returned home and attended Nova University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor on February 23, 1987.  Nick decided to take the Florida Bar exam so that he could practice law in Broward County where he was raised.  He was admitted into the Florida Bar on September 3, 1987.

Thereafter, Nick began his career working as a worker's compensation attorney representing insurance companies.  After working at the Prestigious 100 lawyer defense firm, Mr. Panebianco decided he could no longer represent the interests of insurance companies who care more about the bottom line instead of giving the injured worker the benefits that were owed to them.   He then began his career representing injured at the Law Office of Laurence F. Leavy P.A. where he later became a partner at Leavy & Panebianco, P.A.   During this time Nick aggressively fought for the rights of claimants obtaining their duly deserved benefits.   In early June 2003 Nick opened the Law Office of Nick Panebianco, P.A. where he continued his fight against insurance companies to obtain his client's their benefits.   During his tenure, Nick has won several convincing arguments before the first District Court of Appeals including Airocar/Grayline, Inc. v. Whipple, Chris March v. U-haul, Menisier St. Louis v. The City of Fort Lauderdale and the more recent decision, Molina v. Alpha Staff Group, Inc.

Nick has spent his entire career fighting for the rights of injured workers in a system that caters to insurance carriers.  Throughout his career he has handled many cases from spinal, shoulder, knee, and hand injuries to catastrophic injuries involving toxic mold exposure, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome also known as RSD, and Brain injuries.  He has helped fire fighters with heart problems as well as people who had old injuries that the workplace made worse.  Nick's vast knowledge and trial experience has helped him be successful against Major Contributing Cause Defense, Statute of Limitations Defenses, repetitive trauma claims, coverage issues and claims of fraud filed by the Insurance Companies against claimants.

Nick Panebianco had gained a reputation for being smart, aggressive and relentless on behalf of his clients.  Years of trial work have given him the passion and knowledge and skill necessary to fight for the rights and best interests of his clients.
